Our Team

Semper Secure, LLC is a veteran owned and operated security firm that started after seeing a need for superior and reliable staffing at high school sporting events. Our staff is comprised mainly of retired police officers as well as former and current members of the United States Armed Forces. Currently, we have former members of the Navy, Army Air Force and Marine Corps. If you decide to go with our services, you will not lose the quality of person you are getting even though it may cost you much less money!

Founder/Owner

Shane has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute of Strayer University. Upon graduation he joined the Marine Corps where he had the opportunity to both lead and instruct. He then entered the private sector of security upon discharge and brings his 15 years of experience to Semper Secure. Shane values a customer service approach to security which he works to instill in all of his officers.

Mark’s 17+ years of private security experience has honed his abilities for leadership and sharpened his decision making abilities for keeping people safe.

Bill’s 30+ years of law enforcement - including 16+ years as a detective, and security experience makes him one of our best assets to the team. He has been with Semper Secure since 2019.

Gary has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. He specializes in client satisfaction and plan development for new contracts.

Divine has over 5 years of security in the private sector throughout NJ and Philadelphia. He has provided executive protection details for celebrities, athletes, and corporate executives.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, Lauren is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and fostering lasting client relationships. Her focus on client satisfaction drives her to exceed expectations and provide tailored solutions to meet diverse needs. She takes pride in creating positive experiences that build trust and loyalty.

With over 10 year of security experience in a variety of different locations to include  high schools, banks, precious metal plants and casinos she is currently leading the Semper Secure Southern NJ shore team. Customer care is her expertise!

HR Bus Manager

Paulette joined the Semper Secure Family in 2022.  Retired 12/2021 as the Employee Development Manager from the DOJ, Federal Bureau of Prisons after 25 years of federal service (included 22 years experience in Human Resources).  Additionally served 8.5 years of military service in the Air Force as an Aircraft Electrician and Administrative Assistant.  Greatest work achievement: 2x “Employee of the Year” in Human Resources.  

HR professional purpose: Help Semper build and maintain a positive relationship with their employees and vice versa.

Paulette Savage

Nick is a dedicated security professional with a proven track record as a combat veteran, having served six years as a sniper in the Army National Guard. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management with a minor in Emergency Response Operations, bringing specialized expertise in crisis preparedness and response. Nick combines his military standards and academic knowledge to lead with excellence and ensure safety in every operation.

  1. To be customer service oriented - We like to "get to know" the crowd at your events, so, we talk to and greet your guests as they arrive. You will never see us standing in the corner acting like a wall flower.

  2. To maintain a strong presence - Our uniforms will look professional and we will carry ourselves in a professional manner. This includes arriving 15 minutes before the start of a shift to ensure we are in position and ready for the crowd. "If you are not 15 minutes early, you're late!"

  3. Be Alert, Observant & Courteous - Our cellphones will never be out. Our eyes will be constantly observing the crowds body language and we will give your guests the same respect we would hope to receive if we were attending your event! I guarantee it!

  4. Attention to detail in everything we do! - From the minute you walk into your event, to the minute you leave, we want you to feel at ease and enjoy yourself! Let us take care of all of the little details and we promise your event will go off without a hitch!
