Are there cases you won't take?

Yes. We decline cases that would require illegal methods, violate New Jersey’s privacy statutes, or compromise our license and professional standing. During your consultation, we’ll be direct about what is legally achievable versus what falls outside permitted investigative activity. We’d rather decline a case upfront than produce evidence that gets thrown out or exposes you to liability.
